As we all know, without quality, a company will lose its market, benefit and development. Quality control is crucial to every company.
VENSUN MACHINERY is a company with quality as the center and full participation in production control.

Our Principle-Everyone participates in quality management and is responsible for product quality.

Our Purpose and Goal-Through scientific and reasonable quality control means, provide products and services that satisfy customers, so as to achieve long-term success.

Process of Quality Control

The quality management process is generally divided into three steps: incoming material inspection, production process management and finished product inspection.
Since the foundation of VENSUN MACHINERY, we have always followed these processes to manage the quality of products.

  • ①Incoming Material Inspection

    Purchasing materials is the source of the quality management process. Only by controlling the source, can the subsequent production be easier. Before purchasing materials, we will ask the manufacturer to provide the material certificate to ensure that the materials meet the production requirements. Moreover, we will arrange personnel to carefully review relevant certificates to ensure that the report does not exceed the validity period. In case of any discrepancy, the manufacturer will be informed to update as soon as possible.

  • ②Production Process Management

    The supervision scope of the production process is wide, and we will carefully treat the following three main aspects.
    1)Confirmation of the quality of the first product:
    First, start from the appearance, size, performance, version and model of drawings, and sample plate of the product, and conduct assembly test when necessary.
    2)Supervision of production process:
    The quality department will determine the frequency of patrol inspection according to the product materials, production process and the stability of production equipment. When abnormalities are found, they will be reported to the superior immediately and take corresponding measures to reduce losses. At the same time, they will also trace whether there are similar situations in the previous products to prevent the defective products from moving to the next process or making the defective situation more serious.
    3)Inspection of the last product:
    Timely inspection can find the quality problems of products in time, which can effectively curb the outflow of defective products.
    In addition, our quality department will hold quality meetings regularly to summarize the quality problems that have occurred and compile them into documents, so as to improve the inspection methods in a timely manner. Moreover, the department also regularly arranges the examination of inspectors to improve their comprehensive quality control knowledge and inspection skills.

  • ③Finished product inspection

    After the products are produced, we will arrange the inspectors to take a certain proportion of samples for inspection, including appearance, size, performance, assembly and use. Only after reaching a certain qualification rate can we agree to ship. Before any product is to be shipped, we will recheck its packaging, identification, quantity, weight, model, etc. to ensure the correctness of the shipped product and confirm the safety of packaging and transportation.
